- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After starting with a new dentist that takes my insurance I was told I had a badly chipped tooth that Dr. Carter never fixed, I also had $6000.00 worth of periodontal disease Dr. Carter never told me about. I had been going to Dr. Carter for over 5 years and nothing was ever said. My advice get a second opinion or a better dentist!!!!!!!!!!April 09, 2017by Sallie Berger
